Bring Your Own Product – Custom Printing Service

Size note:

Please note that there is a 0.2 inch safe space between designs during printing. So you expect the photo size will be -0.2 inch of the size you will choose.

Pick up the size frame you prefer. If you like your photo to be printed in a different specific size inside that size frame, leave us your expectation inside the text box.

We never stretch a design. We follow the tallest side of the design.

Our Service: We offer printing and design transfer on customer-provided apparel and fabric items. Designs can be applied to a wide range of materials, including cotton and polyester, in both dark and light colors. Examples include:

Materials of your product must be:

Able to be under a heat press in 120c to150c/302f for at least 40 seconds.

  • Cotton (any color light & dark)
  • Polyester
  • Cotton/poly blends
  • Tri-blends
  • Velvet fabric
  • Denim (jeans, jackets, overalls, Skirts & dresses, tote bags, and hats)
  • Canvas
  • Any clothing materials
  • Real or faux leather

Pricing

The listed price covers printing and design transfer only. The customer is responsible for providing the apparel or product to be printed.

All products provided to us have to be made of clothing or canvas materials able to be under a heat press in 150c/302f for 40 seconds.

Design Size

  • Pick up the approximate size to your design and if you have any comment, leave it to us while choosing you order in the comment box.
  • If your design required a different size is not in the variations, please contact us.

How It Works

  1. Provide your own apparel or fabric item.

  2. Submit your logo or design file.

  3. Specify the required sizes and quantities.

  4. Place your order with full payment.

  5. Drop off your printable items at our workshop.

  6. We will print and transfer your design as per your instructions.

  7. Once completed, you will receive a text notification to pick up your personalized products.

  • Customers are fully responsible for the quality, durability, and condition of the items they provide. We are not liable for damage, defects, or unsatisfactory results caused by unsuitable materials.

Important Notice on Color Accuracy

Important Notice on Color Accuracy

Please be aware that slight color variations may occur due to differences in monitor displays and lighting conditions. The colors shown in product photos are for reference only final products may differ slightly.

Additionally, screen colors (RGB) differ from print colors (CMYK). Since printing relies on the CMYK system, exact matches with what you see on your monitor are not always possible. Please refer to the product photo and our CMYK color chart for guidance.

Branded Logos & Color Matching

If you are printing a branded logo, you may visit or contact us to ensure your logo’s color codes are accurately matched within our CMYK and ICC printing system.

  • We provide free assistance for adjusting up to two colors.
  • For logos with more than two colors or complex designs, you will need to select and confirm your color codes using our printed CMYK chart and resend your file in a ready-to-print format.

Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Information: 

Getting Your Order There Fast!

Speedy Printing & Shipping:

  • We prioritize getting your order to you quickly!
  • Order processing time is different depending on the total quantity and inventory.
  • Make sure to leave for us your event date to prioritize the orders according to the nearest deadline.
  • It could be as fast as Same Day Printing or up to Three Weeks process time.
  • If your order is illegible for same day printing, orders  have to be received by 1:00 PM EST will be printed the same day. Be aware that if you need your order shipped UPS, please get it in as soon as possible. Our UPS cut off for pick up is 4 PM EST.
  • If you have an urgent need, we strongly recommend making arrangements to pick up your order instead of shipping. We can arrange late pick up if you cannot be here until after closing. Also, make sure to let us know your deadline time to verify the ability to have your order ready as soon as possible.

  • Estimate shipping time will be calculated on the check out.

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

Please Note:

  • Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. We cannot guarantee any service beyond store pick up. We have no control over your package once it has left our store.
  • Any missing or delayed packages are the responsibility of the selected carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS).
  • We have no additional data beyond what is available to you on the tracking website.

Late Orders:

  • If you haven’t received your order within a week of the expected delivery date, please call and let us know.
  • If you need a replacement for your order, please place a new order. You will need to fully pay for the new order.

Damaged Orders:

  • Please take pictures of the package. Include the label, the edges of the box or envelop and the inside (if the order is damage). We will need those pictures for the claim.
  • If you need a replacement for your order, please place a new order. You will need to fully pay for the new order.

Refunds for Delayed, Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • After the standard delivery timeframe for your chosen carrier has passed, we will file a claim. UPS claims can be filed once the expected delivery date is passed. USPS claims cannot be filed for 45 days after the expected delivery date.
  • Once the claim has been filed and approved by the carrier, we will issue a refund for the full amount of the order and any shipping charges. We cannot issue a refund until the carrier has approved the claim and refund us.
  • Remember, the earlier you order, the faster we can get it to you!

Grand Print YJ are not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by carriers (USPS, USP, FedEx, …etc.)
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery

ORDER CONFIRMATION: 

Items are shipped after processing (1- 21 business days). In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email & tracking number if available. 

Return and Refund Requests:

All sales are final. As all products are custom-made and personalized, no returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances.

Refunds will only be granted in the specific situations outlined in the “Refunds for Delayed, Damaged, or Lost Packages” section. No other exceptions will apply.

By submitting artwork, logos, text, or any other design (“Design”) to Grand Print YJ, you, the Customer, expressly represent and warrant that you own, or have obtained, all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use, reproduce, and distribute the Design.

You agree that you are solely and fully responsible for the content, ownership, and legal use of the Design you provide. You further acknowledge and agree that Grand Print YJ, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall bear no liability whatsoever for any legal claims, disputes, damages, or losses arising out of or related to the printing, use, or distribution of your Design.

By placing your order, you release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Grand Print YJ and its representatives from any and all legal actions, claims, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising directly or indirectly from your submission, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement.

Grand Print YJ is a printing service only and does not review, approve, or guarantee the legality of any Design submitted by Customer
