We Receive Your Order

Artwork Process – A Very Important Step

Once we receive your order, we immediately begin working on your artwork.

If your file is clear and print-ready, we’ll move forward right away to ensure your order ships as quickly as possible.

If any adjustments are needed, we’ll contact you for approval before printing. In most cases, we’ll send you an approximate mock-up of your design so you can review it before final production.

Sometimes, we might suggest small edits or photo enhancements to make your product look its best — but nothing will be printed without your confirmation. Your satisfaction and trust mean everything to us, and we take every step to make sure you love the final result.

If we required design approval,

Once you approve it, production begins immediately to ensure fast delivery.

Please note: after approval and once printing has started, no cancellations, refunds, or edits are allowed. Any later changes may include an extra fee depending on production progress.

Before confirming, review your design carefully — slight color variations may occur due to your device's screen brightness settings, lighting, and the difference between RGB (screen) and CMYK (print) color systems.

You can contact us to match your brand color using our printed color chart — together, we’ll select the most accurate color code and make any needed adjustments.

✨ We offer free assistance for simple logo adjustments (up to 2 colors). For multi-color or complex logo designs, we kindly ask that you adjust the color codes on your end and send us a ready-to-print file.

Printing & Finalizing Your Order

Once you approve the design, we start printing right away.

After printing begins, no cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made; edits may include an extra fee.

Orders are ready in 2–10 business days (excluding artwork and shipping). Bulk orders may take longer.

We’ll notify you when your order is ready for pick up or shipping— and we’d love your feedback!
